Q: How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order directly on our website. Just add your preferred shoes to your basket, go to checkout, and complete your payment securely.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and other secure payment options offered at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us at Contact@feetstep.shop within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, we can’t make modifications.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
UK delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after dispatch.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! We offer Express Delivery (1–2 business days) for an additional fee at checkout.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

📦 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all UK orders. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Q: Is return shipping free?
Yes — all UK returns are free of charge. Just contact us at Contact@feetstep.shop to request a return label.

Q: How long does a refund take?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we process refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Q: Are your shoes true to size?
Yes — our shoes generally fit true to size. We recommend ordering your usual UK shoe size unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
Some popular models are restocked regularly. You can subscribe to our newsletter or click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page to receive updates.

Q: Do you sell genuine products?
Absolutely! Feetstep only sells authentic, high-quality footwear from trusted suppliers.
